By using OptimizeSocial, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Service

You must:

• Be 18+ years old
• Use a valid Instagram Business/Creator account
• Follow Meta Platform Policies
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or abuse the system

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Only one trial per user; email may be retained to enforce this
• Refunds follow published policies

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Access data you do not own
• Upload harmful content
• Bypass security controls
• Attempt fraudulent free trial access

5. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, branding, and proprietary systems belong to OptimizeSocial LLC.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Policy validations
• Abuse/fraud
• Meta Platform Policy violations

7. Data Deletion and Retention

Instagram-related data is deleted within 7 days of account deletion. Email may be retained for fraud prevention and financial records.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service is provided as-is and without guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Dependency damages
• Errors from Meta, AWS, Stripe or OpenAI
