Meta requires your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page before we are able to help optimize your Instagram performance.
Your account must match the following criteria:
•Your Instagram must be a Business or Creator account.
•
Your Instagram profile must be linked to a Facebook Page
•(Instagram app → Settings → Account type → Linked accounts)
•
You have Full control on that Facebook Page
•(Page → Settings → Page Access).
